Great magnifier for the price very clear

Good quality for the price but Amazon keeps sending the 3x when I paid for the 4x and I don’t have all the time to do returns/exchange

Picked this up to put on a 300 BLK that I've got an M21 QD Reflex sight on. The M21 is absolute co-witnessed with my Magpul BUIS and this magnifier is 1/2" to low. I'll use a 1/2" QD riser to bring it up to speed with the M21, but there is no way this mount is going to be an absolute co-witness with standard BUIS. The optics are clear and crisp for the money you spend and overall I'm pleased with optical quality. It's not what I've come to expect from brands such as Aimpoint or EoTech, but for the money you get pretty good glass. I don't particularly like the push button release, and would prefer the standard EoTech and Aimpoint design of a detent and spring tension. Having to manipulate a button to swing the magnifier into view or out of the way is cumbersome and time consuming. It will work for a hunting gun, but I'd save the money for a name brand optic for anything to be used for self defense or tactical. This is after all a chinese knock off that's also marketed under Bushnell, AT3, and Primary Arms. In fact it's almost identical to the Bushnell and AT3 except for the markings. And the Primary Arms only differs in the aesthetics of the housing. Not a bad buy considering the Bushnell is over double the money, but you can also buy the Vector online for less. Works fine for my intended purpose, but definitely not a top notch magnifier. Overall pleased for the money, but I've come to expect more from my optics than what this delivers.

So I received my 4x just now from Amazon. No damage to exterior of the bag or box, but once I opened the package the magnifier looks to been badly dropped its exterior torrent covers are badly shaved off from a nasty fall. For a brand new item damage is unacceptable and I cannot reach vector optics because Amazon is handling the order, which we all know Amazon won’t help you with a faulty item rather they will just have you return and wait again and hope no more issues occur. There are no shims included with this magnifier! Sits very low for a magnifier as well as didn’t realize this is a push bottom to lower and push to raise which all in one motion is much better then this design.
