Bala Capsule Sliders for Working Out, Core Workout, Floor Exercise

I’m sold on these Bala sliders. My home gym just gets better and better. The quality is great! A great gift for my niece. No I didn’t give up mine! The colors are fun and they are easy to clean if needed after using them by the pool. It’s great to workout in the fresh air!

These sliders are great quality — sturdy, smooth, and easy to use on both hard floors and carpet. They glide really well and make core workouts extra challenging in a good way. I also love that they came with a mesh storage bag, which makes it easy to keep them together and take them on the go. Overall, a simple, well-made piece of equipment that adds a lot to my home workouts!

We bought these for my daughter’s floor bar training. They are super smooth and versatile—she switches between carpet and tile with zero issues. The glide is consistent and effortless. Bala definitely nailed the quality on these!

I love how easy these Pilates sliders are to use—they’re smooth, lightweight, and perfect for at-home workouts. However, they’re definitely overpriced for such a simple product. They work well, but I don’t think the price matches what you get.

These are okay sliders at best. The overall shape is not helpful when it comes to plank workouts. I workout on LVP flooring and the foam side barely slides on it which makes for a frustrating experience. I’d stick with the circular less expensive options.
