If they fixed the charging cutout, and added the headphone cutout, this case would be excellent!Update to my review:After trying to charge my iPad, I discovered that the opening on the case is a bit low. It is flexible, so I can just lift up the top rim of the case as I plug in, and I am still able to charge with the case on. I am so glad I took a chance on this cover! It fits perfectly, it has a great feel to it, and makes gripping the iPad so much better. The magnetic closure works great for auto sleep/awake.
