I have owned this for 4 months. I love the quality job it does. nothing like coming home to nice lines vacuumed in the carpet and clean floors. The machine and dock seem to be incredibly well made. It is so easy, the app and robot both function incredibly well. I have a large home and this is on my main floor. It does a great job of cleaning carpet, hardwoods and tile. We have a few odd transitions with it being a 128 year old home but this robot has no issues with any of them. The battery lasts well it has been doing around 1,600 sq. ft of flooring every day for the whole time i have owned it on a single charge. The mapping is incredibly accurate. While running it doesn't make much noise, the worst is the docking. However most of us will program it to run when we are at work so its not a problem. I purchased extra air filters for it, and change to a clean one every other day. the filters are washable so its really easy to clean even if you don't have an air compressor. The scheduling and programming are very simple with lots of options. After the initial scan of my main floor i was able to easily set a schedule that works well for me and empties the hold after ever other room. the only downfalls i have found to having a robot vacuum is having to make sure cords are off the floor and you don't leave anything on the floor to keep it form being cleaned. i have removed a small piece of drywall about 3"x 3/4'x 1/2' that got lodged in the Shute after the brushes, lol. IT PICKS THINGS UP ! I love this thing!

This is first time I own and use a robot Vaccuum. I have used it for a week. I really like it! before I made the purchase, I was hesitating and not sure if it would work. After it arrived, I open the box, it was well packed with a lot of cushion, and 95% pre-assembled, all I need to do was install the base with the tool came with it, only took less than 5 mins from opening the box to finishing the installation, and then I follow the instructions to download the app and pair with the Robo Vaccuum, the App design is clean and easy to navigate and support multiple languages. took about 5 mins to set up the app and pair the Vaccuum and my phone via Wi-Fi connection, and then few mins for it to get firmware update, everything is very straight forward and well instructed. I just moved into my new place, so I have a lot of stuff laying on the floor in different rooms since I do not have time to organize everything yet, but I figure this would be best to test out how intelligent this little thing can be, will it have issues moving itself around and able to cover all the accessible area . So I start the Floor mapping, I follow it while it is mapping as I was very curious since this is first time I am using a Smart Vacuum. Man!! It was impressive!! really! it was able to detect what is in front of it, and calculate the pathway to make sure it can pass through, and able to adjust the directions and circle around the table legs and etc., it map out my floor map very accurately and return itself to base when done! and then I ask it to clean the zone I quickly set up in the app with the first map it drawn, again, very impressive! it really cleans well, cover all the open area on the floor where it was able to access, and at the end of cleaning, it went back to the dock and self-clean by moving the dirt and hair into a bigger dusk bag on top of the home station, which I can empty only once or twice a week. all these gets done with easy press of button in the app! and I also realized it completed more detail on the initial map after the clean, so it has continuous self-learning ability. It can be programed to do routine vacuuming as well. I am confident that it will help to free up my time from sweeping and vacuuming, and more time for other things that I prefer to do. Very great experience I had! I would 100% recommend it.

This gizmo is my third robot a vacuum. My wife and I are not exactly neatniks, to say the least. The idea of a robot vacuum roaming our home and cleaning up was too compelling to ignore. So we were early adopters of the technology... to our great disappointment. Our first machine was a very expensive $1K Samsung vacuum. It turned out to be very poorly designed and very primitive by today's standards. It would get stuck everywhere and had no base station for automatic emptying. Its promise exceeded its abilities. But still, it did prove that the concept that a robot vacuum had a place in our home if the bugs could be worked out. It took a lot for us to finally trash such a pricy investment but it was just too frustrating. We eventually decided to give a Roomba a try. This one had a base station for auto emptying and a better design to keep from getting stuck on the furniture. But no! Another loser. As a vacuum, it worked fine. But its navigation algorithm seemed to be to send it out on a random walk through the house. Sometimes it would find its way into a corner dining area and never be able to find its way out, it would "obsess" over an area with multiple, multiple passes, the only way to keep it out of unwanted areas was with a virtual wall doodad that never worked properly, it would rarely find its way to rooms far away from the base station, it could not be directed to a specific area, and had great trouble finding the base station, often running out of power before getting home. So based on a glowing review I read of this Roborock, we took another gamble. This is it!!!! This is what we've been looking for for years. It does it all. All the problems we had with our two previous vacuums have been solved. You can read the features for yourself. It absolutely does what it says it can do. I can't recommend this machine more highly.

Yo quería el modelo con mopa pero me equivoque en la compra. Decidí quedármelo y probar. Me gusta, deja el suelo limpio. Lo malo es que el cabello de mis gatos (persas) se enreda en los mecanismos giratorios y mi cabello es muy largo,80cm aproximadamente. También se atora horrible, pero se puede quitar sin problemas y sigue funcionando muy bien. Si es necesario, daré una actualización más adelante.

Hola, al igual que la reseña de Avalos, tampoco pude activar este equipo con mi cuenta de México, no está disponible este modelo en nuestra región, tuve que abrir una cuenta nueva seleccioné USA como región y listo.

Me había creado una cuenta para usar este robot. Como región había puesto mexico. Cuando quieres usarlo en la app, este modelo no aparece en la lista de dispositivos y cuando lograba vincularlo marcaba error 1020 o 21020. Contacte a soporte, despues de varios emails me dijeron que lo devolviera. Afortunadamente vi que la solución era hacer que tu cuenta tuviera como región canada o usa. Entonces hice otra cuenta con regio usa, el modelo aparece en la lista de dispositivos. Y se configuro super rápido.

It is a much quieter vacuum than the Roomba I had, however it doesn’t pick up as much as my Roomba. My floors don’t look as clean after I’ve used it compared to when I used the roomba. I did a quick sweep today after it was on, and I had quite the pile from along walls and such. I chose not to get another roomba because of how sensitive the sensors were, it drove me crazy, but I wish I would have returned this product and picked a different vacuum (I’m now past the return date). Also when it goes over a mat, it leaves a pile of dirt/dog hair, same thing with when it returns to the base.
