This is my go to sweetener for baking and cooking! It is a great product and no aftertaste. I use several of wholsome Yum’s products.

Great taste and measure 1:1ratio which helps with watching your sugar intake. I like to bake with this sugar. The price is quite reasonable for the bag size.

This sugar replacement is by far better than swerve or other sweeteners especially when making curds, jams, or other cooked fruits for pie fillings. The 1:1 ratio makes baking easier. Doesn’t add extra sweetness like others. No gritty texture to foods. Doesn’t clump when cooled.

A good substitute for sugar in my morning espresso. It’s just barely sweet, but no unpleasant taste and safe ingredients, so I’ll take it. I only lightly sweeten things anyway. If you prefer a strong sweet flavor, this probably won’t be enough for you.

This is my favorite sugar substitute I've tried, and I've tried a lot of them!Unlike almost all of the others I've tried, this has zero aftertaste and actually tastes like sugar.Interestingly enough, I've tried the ingredients that are in this separately and didn't like either one. But the combination, pardon the pun, hits the sweet spot.If you're like me and you've tried everything on the market and pretty much hated them all, give this particular product and combination a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed! For a large mug, I did use a larger quantity than the suggested serving size, but I think it's pretty darned close to the sweetness of sugar, maybe just slightly less. I gave it four stars because I actually do like it!

Great sugar substitute. I made NY cheesecake and raspberry puree with it and my husband said it came out better than when I use regular sugar! Just ordered 3 more bags. Pricey but worth it.

Great sugar substitute product. Dissolves easy and there is no after taste.

Sad because this product works GREAT and really tastes just like sugar, but it messes with my digestion. I saw other reviews that said the same thing and thought "oh, but surely that won't be me"...unfortunately, it was. I won't go into detail, but it wasn't pretty. I still would recommend trying it because it totally works.
