I ordered these up for my son, and they work perfectly. The sound quality is so good that half the time he's completely locked into his games and can't even hear me calling him! The setup was a total breeze—straight out the box, simple instructions, and we were good to go. I also really appreciate that it comes with everything you need right there, including the charging wire and the USB connection device. If you've got a young gamer in the house, these are definitely worth the money. Solid purchase.

The Turtle Beach Stealth 500 Wireless Gaming Headset was well worth the money! I returned a competitor's headset yesterday after some frustration and waste of time attempting to get them to function. The Turtle Beach Headset has a transmitter that plugs into the USB port on the Xbox where the other pair had a transmitter that stuck on the controller which is simply annoying and impractical. Anyway, the TB Headset arrived today and within a short time after charging the unit they were functioning beautifully! No searching for directions or solutions! They worked and the sound quality is outstanding. The Stealth 500 Headset is about twice what I paid for the rival's, but ten times less aggravation!

Turtle Beach has had a very good reputation many, many years ago, and I was looking for a budget friendly gaming headset. I see this product came out to the market approx April 2024 this year, and that as a promo, Amazon Vine (and possibly other major retailers) working alongside Turtle Beach, gave out this item for free to reviewers to write an honest review. Well, I am NOT one of them but my review IS Honest. I purchased this item reading what I thought were honest reviews. Quite a few reviewers failed to mention that the Firmware Update is Mandatory for this Item to Fully Function, AND that it takes at least an Intermediate to Advanced IT Person to figure out that if you want to use this item on Windows 11, the installation will shut down every time if you don't configure the Setup file for compatibility. ADD to this mess, even if you're lucky to get the software installed, You will then need to use your phone to download the APP to complete the Firmware update! It is a 3 STEP PROCESS THAT TOOK ME 5 HOURS. Whenever I go back to the PC app, the app says device disconnected even when I turn the headphones on. Another glitch right there. ALSO, the USB Transmitter Dongle will be Flashing RED. This does not mean it's not working as it's working for me. It rarely turns Green which is ODD because doesn't Green usually mean GO? Folks this item is not worth the trouble for this price. I am awaiting a reply back from Turtle Beach Customer Service regarding the software installation issue. Other negatives: You have to unscrew and rescrew the band to make the headband piece if you have a larger head size. A small section of the earpiece/faux leather foam came dented and cosmetically i can't get it to get back into shape. the 1 star is for the sound quality and things working out to satisfaction after all was fixed on my end. If it breaks or fails, then Zero. Update as of 8/14/24: It appears that the Support Team fixed quite a number of issues mentioned above. I will update to 3 stars. The PC application is now recognizing when I power on the headset. Audio quality was also upped to 24 bit 48000 Hz as windows default which is not the best but decent. Minor glitch: Once you turn on the headset, you have to go to settings and change the speaker to the headset and vice versa when you want to go back to your PC speakers (Hopefully there will be an update/fix for this soon). The sound (and especially bass) when playing games is far superior than listening to music, so I guess this is the reason they call it a gaming headset lol. Update: Nov 2024: All technical glitches have been resolved to the best of the manufacturer (as long as you follow the instructions carefully. The sound quality remains amazing and most (if not all of above issues have been fixed via firmware updates. I upped this review to 5 stars. I highly recommend this item now.

I love this headset! My only complaint would be that the Bluetooth connection can’t be at the same time as the Xbox connection, but it is an easy switch or the button but I wish I could make calls while hearing the game. Super comfy ear cushions and it’s nice and light so it feels like nothing on. I didn’t know that it had noise cancellation when I got it but it is super nice I can’t hear anything other than what’s going through the speakers. I have an Xbox series X and the connection is super easy and I like that it doesn’t have to go into the controller instead on the console it’s self

These are the best headphones I have ever gotten . They work in my laptop . And I have a iPhone 17 pro max . They work really good on it too . The noise cancellation works but I can still hear a little bit . Not much

Instruction are junk almost returned it because transmitter would not connect to Xbox series X had to plug headset and transmitter into Xbox before it would connect on the transmitter no fixes ether online just trial and error. instruction was put transmitter in Xbox and turn headset on then make sure it is set to wireless but no light on transmitter.

Best Xbox headphone to date, they are noise canceling and they prevent sound leakage. They are sound customizable just not quite sure exactly how or where lol. I got them for my brother who is an avid Xbox player and he was raving about them and their perks for weeks. If you’re looking for high quality headphones perfect for hardcore gaming and great audio quality. Get these. Definitely worth the price.

Great wireless headset for Xbox or PC. Be careful of using more than one in close proximity. I bought 2 of these for my wife and I and they work great but will sometimes connect to the other dongle. Great battery Life and really easy initial setup. You will probably need to run a firmware update though when unboxing. They are pretty comfortable for longer periods and do a good job of blocking outside sound. They also work great as Bluetooth headphones for phone calls or meetings. Great compatibility.

I love these headphones. Turtle beach have had a long relationship with gamers offering great sounding headsets and these are deffinately not a dissapointment. The sound is crystal clear has so much detail and plenty of volume for those who like there games loud. I can hear so much more background information than i can on my suround system and of couisre the benefit of gameplay without the anoyance of loud sounds to others. Absolutely amazing headset witn bluetooth and wifi conectivity. dead simple to set up plug in the small bluetooth dongle and press the pair button set up in seconds. and of course they are rechargable using a usb c cable

Great working headset. plugged the included USB dongle into the Xbox Series X and worked right out of the box. also works when you use a USB hub on your Series X. Excellent sound quality and bass. Bought for wireless communication in Fortnite. no more cables. no more accidentialy dragging controller to the ground when standing up. Also on xbox you are connected with 2.4ghz wireless by the included dongle, so no matter where in the house i am no lose of sound quality and people can still hear me no matter where i walk.
