This is a real dermaroller with 192 real needles. Please use this and not the ones with the wheels that are embedded as they are not sharp enough and they tear at your skin. This is superb.

Very nice dermaroller. Needles are sharp. Roller is sturdy and rolls smoothly and easily. I use 70% alcohol to clean it and use it a couple of times a week. I have used others and I believe these do help stimulate collagen production. I like that this brand comes in multiple sizes so you can work your way up in size. Solid purchase.

It doesn't roll well and you have to apply pressure to roll it, making it more painful. Hairs get caught in the spokes too easily

Not bad , But while rolling it, it wraps the hair around itself.

I don’t have anything to compare it to because I’ve never used one before, but it functions as it should. I bought it to use on my eyebrows and hairline after watching a video on YouTube by a dermatologist. You do it 2-3 times a week and then put your topical minoxidil and it’s supposed to make the product absorb quicker therefore making your hair grow better. We shall see. Always make sure to soak it in alcohol after using and only use on clean skin to prevent infections! Sorry that’s the nurse in me lol

This works great. I had a smaller one that I was using on my scalp and it was tangling my hair in it. This one is much better and I can feel it working with my hair routine.
