This little gadget is a lifesaver for rainy days. It’s accurate, easy to set up, and really improves my putting consistency. Great for all levels of golfers looking to sharpen their game at home.

Worked out at first, but the batteries go dead very quickly so you can only use them for a short period of time otherwise I would have given them a 5 star rating.

Bought this to use in my basement with my putting mat. Was really struggling on the course with the putter and after using this for just a few minutes I realized my set up was a little off. I even used this before an early morning round on the practice green and the laser worked perfectly. Won't solve all of your problems but I think this is worth the money.

Little more than a toy. It could use a tension screw to provide a better grip on the putter’s shaft. Difficult to align with putter face. I found no benefit to training with it. The dog liked to chase the beam. Retuned it the very next day. Unfortunately, you need to post a star to review.

Works as described. Not much help outside which we knew when purchased.

Bright great product, good for practice easy to use

I bought this use indoors. I don't typically use it as intended (putting it on my putter) but rather attached it to an overhead light, so that it projects a straight line on the floor. Even from a height of 8 feet, the line is very sharp and bright (indoors.) The line was so sharp and bright that I thought it might also work outdoors, but when I tested it on a sunny day, the line was very faint. I did briefly use it on the putter in intermittent mode; I press the button, the laser comes on, I align the putter head with the target point, after ten seconds the light goes out, and then I putt. Lately, I often use it while just holding it in my hand to project a straight line on the floor just long enough to set up (align) my practice area with some putting gates that I bought.

Helped me realize my putting angle so much better. After about 4 or 5 puts with this I was putting so much better. Great for indoors

Pros: Bright light, lightweight, easy installation, intermittent mode, compact, pouch Cons: Finicky to adjust I ordered this because I was curious how it could help with my putting practice and now I know. In golf terms, it helps with your “face to path”. The face would be aiming the light at the target. The path is keeping that beam aimed at the target throughout your whole swing. A simple line on your putting mat accomplishes face. Where this really helps is with the path. If you notice the beam swinging widely side to side, you know you should put some work in controlling path. Intermittent mode helps with face but because it turns off right away, it doesn’t help with path. If you don’t have a line, like on a real golf green or your living room carpet, intermittent mode gets you pointed in the right direction. Turn on continuous when working on your path and once you have that under control, put it on intermittent. Path affects your putting when it’s widely off. If it’s corrected, then face becomes more important. For $20 at time of review, I think this is a reasonable investment to make in helping your putting game. It’s very compact, with its own pouch, and won’t take up much room in your bag. It’s easy to install, so clipping in on takes seconds. Use it for the first few swings to check your path and then turn on intermittent to help with your face/aim. Use it before your next round and if it saves just one stroke, it’s worth it.

After using this product, I couldnt believe how I had to hold my putter, seemed a funny angle, but works on the putting greens, great product.

This indoor golf putting trainer is such a fun and useful tool! The built-in laser makes putting practice so much easier—it shows exactly where your ball will go once it’s connected to your club. My husband and I have been using it to practice putting inside the house, and it’s been a great help, especially since we recently started doing indoor golfing with simulators. Even though I didn’t take any photos at the simulator location, I can definitely say this is a great product for anyone who wants to improve their putting game indoors and for the outdoors. Highly recommend!

I ordered this item to help me in squaring up and aligning my putter face with the ball. In a room that is reasonably dark you will get a bright red laser. In the pic I am using a Spyder Mallet putter. This devise will attach to any putter and depending on the shaft thickness it will attach higher or lower. It comes with 2 sets of batteries, and a nice little carry case. Overall, I am quite impressed with the quality and it should aid me in improving my putting over the winter.
