Fujitsu ScanSnap iX1600 ADF Scanner - 600 dpi Optical

I was under the impression that these were different brand, but indeed are the same. As I was confused contacted the seller and got great assistance on clearing all the information for me. I am using the scanner and it works great.

And the best part is it scan both sides only if any content is present if the page is blank scanning will be only one side .and you can connect this scanner wireless with laptop and mobile too.

This was the absolute worst product I have ever purchased. It arrived with very minimal packaging material and had zero instructions. Once I figured out on my own how to connect to my computer, the scanner did not work. I returned the product and was only refunded half of the cost. This is horrible customer service. I'm not sure why I still need to pay for half for a product that does not work. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I tried to contact Amazon, but there is no way to talk to a representative. I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed. I had to give it a star in order to submit. Would give it zero stars.

fujitsu and Ricoh… scansnap scanner. it was received in very perfect packaging, sealed, felt like it has been shipped directly from the factory. the quality and touch is amazing. i reveived manual, kofax pdf serial number, two electronic cable, 1 for international and 1 for indian. it was very easy to install the software on windows 11 and easier on mobile as well. the scanning was very fast and efficient, and the quality was amazing, it has built in OCR which is much better than anyother scanner. lastly, i was confused between HP scanner costing 32000 and this one which i got for 40,000. but the touchscreen, quality of pdf and free pdf software is just amazing and feels like value for money.

I'll start off by saying that I loved this scanner. So easy to setup, so easy to use, made quick work of scanning. Sadly I was only able to use it 4-5 times before it quit working. I called the manufacturer (Samsun/Ricoh/Fujitsu) who walked me through troubleshooting only to find out that what I had received was a European version of the scanner (I'm in the U.S.) that was done being manufactured 2 years ago. The technician worked hard with me to figure out the issue but was unable to come to a complete diagnosis. He offered to give me the European customer service number because it would have to be sent in for service which obviously wasn't going to happen. 2 stars for the quality of the product, 5 stars for customer service.
