Perfect for gaming
I love these. Paired with my ally X these are a perfect accompaniment. Decent lag free audio and pairs with my phone too. The noise cancelling is pretty good. Suprising for a company not known for their audio.

Great for handheld gaming.
These are absolutely brilliant for private gaming on the handheld (Rog Ally Z1E). The sound quality is superb and even better when you’ve tailored the sound settings via the online tools. Latency is spot on as you feel fully immersed in the games. I’ve not given the 5 star as there is one part which I feel lets these earbuds down. The Noise cancellation isn’t as good as say the Apple AirPods. Having said that, it is still decent, especially when you start to crank the volume up. The RGB lighting sets these apart, although you don’t see them as they’re placed in the ears, it certainly adds to a feel good moment when you open up the case, especially when the night time dusk starts setting in. In short, these for gaming, my Apple AirPods for phone, socials and music, and Razer Blackshark V2 Pro’s overheads for PC gaming.

Mixed Bag!
Out of the box these honestly sound pretty terrible! However after tweaking the settings in the ASUS software they now sound excellent. The other good news is that there's no perceivable lag, which is great for gaming and watching YouTube and movies. Much better than Bluetooth devices even with AptX which can have lip sync issues. Battery life is also fairly decent. Downside is the value for money - very expensive for what you get.

7.1 / 5.1 surround sound earbuds
Surround sound actually is a thing in these earbuds, not the full spectrum, feels like 5.1 but still allows you to hear the direction of sound in games, good for taking a rest from headphones expensive but functional, they feel like they are constantly on the edge of falling out of my ears however so i wouldnt be caught wearing them in public, these are definately dedicated for gaming at the house

Good audio quality with handling challenges!
I like the style, build quality as well as audio quality. Battery life is fair. NC as well. They sit safely and compared to many others do not constantly fall out. Even remaining in place doing challenging exercises. A major downside is the horrible handling of those earplugs. The case is a complete fail … the design makes it incredibly hard to open it safely even with 2 hands. What did they think at Asus? The tapping mechanism is awful and absolutely useless. You reseat them slightly abd they respond, go to pause or switch off NC … pairing is a pain via tapping. You touch the pairing area and they do not respond. You have to fumble around till they finally respond. Means … ridiculous … intentionally they do not respond, touched by accident they respond immediately. If I had not ordered them at discount price I had considered a return. Really torn. Full price I had not paid.
