Lovely and lemony (and dairy free!)
It’s been many years since I last tasted Gales lemon curd and I wondered whether it would taste as good as I remembered - it does! I have made my own fresh for a long time until I became dairy intolerant, and I went without since, until I realised that Gales is vegan. It’s great to be able to enjoy it again both as a spread and as a cake filling.
