Do you need a physician's prescription to order this equipment?

You do not need a physician’s prescription to order this equipment. I ordered it for my husband without a doctor’s orders, on December 2, 2021. The package arrived within a week, very well wrapped and packed, with directions, air tubing, and leg wraps. The seller is also very quick to respond to questions.

Does this have a battery, for travel? like the kendall scd express model does? thanks.

Yes the battery lasts 9 hours unplugged

One of the prongs on the plug that inserts into the machine has broke and it keeps coming out of the machine. Can I order a new plug or tubing?

I don’t think so but worth a try.

The velcro on the leg wraps that came with my machine are worn out. can you buy just the wraps and if so do they caome in different sizes?

first we had to match the model number of the machine with the compression sleeves (leg wraps) so that the plug and socket properly fit. Yes the come in different sizes, we had to order a small. We ordered them from amazon.
