I hadn't yet had the opportunity to use it until yesterday. It worked exactly as it should helping two cars up the hill and out of the apartment complex where I live. We had to use it multiple times per vehicle due to the length of the hill. I saw no issues afterwards as far as the condition of the links or the treads themselves.The tread stayed in place on ice and very heavily packed snow.
