It's easy to use, smells great to me and is very effective in cleaning my lingerie. My lingerie is left clean, smelling fresh and soft too--not scratchy (as I do not use softener on my clothing especially on lingerie). I also have very sensitive skin and I do not react to this (despite the fact that there is a scent).
