Good Quality, comfy thick heel, but sizing seems off.
Giving five stars due to the quality and feel. Lightweight, sturdy, comfortable. Have only worn for about a week though so can't speak to longevity of the shoe. Sizing: Not removing any stars for this, but the sizing seemed weird to me. I am a woman who normally wears women's size 8.5 or 9. I first ordered the men's size 7, (which normally corresponds to a women's 8.5) and they were HUGE. Like a women's size 10, way too big all around. I exchanged for a men's size 6.5 (which normally corresponds to a women's 8), but this time they were true to size! Unfortunately for me, that means they fit small on my foot as men's 6.5/women's 8 is not my usual size. I'm keeping them anyways as they are close enough, but I do feel it on my big toe nail the fact that I don't have much toe room in front like I would normally wear. Zipper + Laces: Also adding a photo of an alternate tying method that has been working for me. (Note that I am not military and just wear these casually, so not sure if military would allow tying laces like this or not.) Leave the top bow tied all the time, use the zipper to loosen shaft, then have a second tie across the ankle that you tie/untie every time. I do this as the zipper does not go far down enough to use the zipper alone unless your laces are super loose, but pulling the laces on this shoe never seemed to get it tight enough across my ankle until I added the second ankle bow.

Outstanding! Love these Boots! Super Comfortable!
Look Great, Fit Perfectly and the Zipper makes it easy to put on and take them off. I leave the laces tied, so this is basically a High-Top "Slip On" boot... at an incredible price. Okay, so I've had them one day and worn them in a rainstorm... So I'll do another review in a month or two.

Walking on clouds
These are really comfortable, good support around the ankle and nice tread to prevent slipping. I work outside in areas with new house construction, walking through these places is always a challenge to keep my footing. These help with ankle stability and cushioning foot bed. I have owned the high priced composite toe rugged tread in the past, these are much nicer on my knees. With the extra cushion in the heel and the light weight upper I dont feel like I'm hauling around 2lb weights everytime I take a step. I will definitely be ordering these again when I need my next pair of boots.

Great Comfort and Style but Hot
After 8 years of daily wearing a pair of 5.11, 6 inch boots I decided to semi retire them and, after reading many reviews, I decided to purchase the Nortive 8 inch boots, primarily because they were lightweight. After I received them, I finished lacing them up and wore them for a couple of inside my house. After two days, I contemplated returning them because they were much wider even though the size 12 I chose wasn’t described being wide. But, after using over the calf cotton boot socks I decided to keep them. Overall, the quality appears to be very good. The seams are tight with no dangling threads and the zippers operate fairly smoothly. They are almost as light as the 5.11, 6 inch boots in spite of being 2 inches taller. I’ve been wearing them for three days now and can confidently say that they’re very comfortable for all day wear. While they do fit my current needs, there’s a few things that I don’t like. I typically wear an 11.5 medium but, Nortive didn’t offer half sizes so the only option was to upsize to the 12. They do list a “Wide” option but no medium. The speed lacing eyes are too narrow to accommodate 550 paracord which is my choice for replacement laces. The eyes are also thin and are prone to falling. I’ve experienced this on a few pairs of boots while lacing them up. These boots also lack adequate ventilation and are hot to wear. I’m a retired paramedic and have been wearing duty boots for 30 years and never had a problem with sweaty feet until wearing these boots. The Nortiv’s have ventilation holes but offer no air exchange. I will try wool boot socks to see if they make a difference. My synopsis is they’re well made, comfortable for all day wear although they have poor ventilation, they’re easy to put on and remove using the zippers and, offer good ankle support. For the price, they’re a good value. Only time will tell if they’re durable.

light weight, water resistant and comfortabel
I have plantar fasciitis, and these boots have minimized my pain. My feet still have pain, but nothing like they did prior to wearing these. I've had them for 4 months and they still are working for me. I'm on concrete and blacktop all day and wear about 20lbs of equipment. I highly recommend these boots. I'm a size 10 and that's what I ordered.

Just get them
Ordered for my son ended up being half size too big. So I tried them on and fit perfectly. Immediately swapped insoles to timberland pro ones that are tried and proven. This combo is amazing. Ordered him the same set up half size down. Felt broken in after the first day and price was right. No regrets on these purchases.

Lightweight, comfortable, love the side zippers.
I have bad feet (flat feet, neuropathy and more) and I wore these 10hrs without to much trouble.

A cheap and comfortable boot? Yup, not to shabby!
Comfort - 8 of 10, fit - 10 of 10, weight - 10 of 10, built (quality of build) 7 of 10. Out of the box, very comfortable and very light. I've worn this shoes for over 6, 8 hour shifts - A mix of walking and standing (security). I like these boots and will defentently buy again (as long as they last 6 months). I've worn Adidas, Hokas, Haix, Merrell, Bates, Oakley's, and Magnum. #1 Hokas anacapa 2, #2 Moab 2, These #3, and Oakley's #4. The rest is really not that bad. I always use dr. scholl's heavy duty support and haven't got them yet for these boots, however I'll problably get one soon. Con's" Quality: feels cheap, so i'm hoping this will last a year but i'm betting on 6 months. Shoe laces, too fat. If they used "speed laces" thin laces, I think it'll be better. Not much for water or cold - mostly for hot weather. I live in Washington and often work in rain. I think these boots would be better off in hot places - IMHO. I'll try to update when I cannot use these boots anymore to get a time frame of how long it lasts.

Increíblemente comodas, bonitas y prácticas. Usadas durante varios días intensivamente en campo con agua y barro y sin problemas, transpiran perfectamente. Muy recomendable tanto para vestir como para su uso de servicio o maniobras.

Love these boots, wear these for up to 12 hour shifts at the airport, extremely light and comfortable, warm during the winter months and they breath good for a boot, my feet would be soaked with sweat in other boots. HIghly recommend them, best boot I have ever bought at a reasonable price.

Writing a review at a month. I usually wear gsg9 for work and the gym . I saw these for so low a price wasn't expecting much. They on first inspection look great quality solid great sole and grips. I have used them every day for work average 7 miles in all weathers. I also used them for the gym 100kg calf raises has destroyed the stitching in a few Premier brands . These have been amazing great grip in all conditions ice 🧊 water mud snow ❄️. They are not waterproof yet I have not had my feet soaked yet not for want of rain 😉. To sum them up 12 hours constantly walking and moving . They are incredible comfortable and truly out performing a lot of high level priced boots . I recommend these highly too anyone wanting a great pair of boots that are both functional and comfortable 😀
