Item came with seal broken. Spilled out. Bad experience

Works really well on mold. Doesn’t have a lingering smell. Was able to wipe off the mold and did not have to leave it sitting very long. We had mold over our door way from condensation in the Summer. It took it and the discoloration right off of the painted sheet rock.

Seems to work fairly well. Need to reapply after about 8-10 months, mold coming back. Fairly expensive. I wonder if some other do-it-yourself formulas work just as well
