Does this come with 3 blades like it has in the picture, as the description says it comes with 2

I have just received a pack with a stick and only 2 replacement blade refills. Not happy about that as the listing title says it comes with 3, and the picture clearly shows a stick with 3 blade sets, both in and out of the packaging...one attached to the stick and 2 extra.

Do you cut yourself when using

No. Just be careful and wet your legs so the gel can spread. You’ll feel it when the gel runs out.
