If Huperzine interests you, read what Dr. Weil and Dr. Oz have said what is the typical right amount to really help retain memory(aprox 300mg daily, dependent upon what an individual's body can handle). This product is low in Huperzine, but it does work fairly well to help my short term memory, as long as I take it every day. I also take Neuro PS and folic acid. Memory is so very important and I feel it's really important to do all you can to keep it in tact. BTW this product and Huperzine are only 2 aspects of keeping a person's memory in tact. There are a number of other things you have to do as well if you want to make an effort at keeping your memory, like diet, taking anti inflammatory things like MSM and Curcumin (as well as other vitamins, minerals & herbs), exercise(physical and mental), walking, and staying away from too much alcohol, fats, sugar, caffeine,& smoking, and of course taking care of your individual medical/health needs. There's a lot to keeping your memory, but I think most of us can accomplish a great deal in regard to keeping our memories, it just takes work and a lot of reading.
