Er ist wirklich sehr leise und läuft sehr gleichmäßig. Beonders gefällt mir die Auffangschale, die leicht herauszunehmen ist und die dafür sorgt, daß erstens Wurst-, Käse- oder andere Scheiben schön sauber in die Schale fallen und daß zweitens Krümel und anderer Abfall nicht die Umgebung des Allesschneiders verschmutzen. Einfach herausziehen und Krümel in den Abfall kippen. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Die Auflage für das Schnittgut könnte etwas größer sein. Lange Brote kippen links runter. Da hilft nur Halbieren und die eine Hälfte solange in den Tiefkühler. So bleibt es auch länger frisch. Weil eine Käuferin schrieb, sie könne nicht zwischen Kurzzeit- und Dauerbetrieb umschalten bzw. wählen: Das funktioniert bei mir einwandfrei. Der Allesschneider ist durch sein Gewicht auch absolut rutschfest. Insgesamt ein Gerät, das seinen höheren Preis durchaus wert ist.
