Great phone easy to set up from old phone

Excellent phone does everything I need

I've used TCL for many years now, been great phones. Up until this one. Bought to replace my 50SE after a heavy work accident. This phone constantly crashes, product info on here is wrong. It has one physical SIM and one Esim. Within the two weeks I've had this phone several apps have failed to open. Camera and microphone quality is ridiculous, I've had cheap £50 phones which have had better quality. One of the app crashes lead to my satnav failing making me late to event. And to top it all off this morning it stopped charging completely. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!

Like this phone, only downside is the fingerprint recognition is awkwardly placed, depending on which hand and finger you wanting to use.

2 stars might be a bit harsh as the handset is decent enough and I have only had it a day, but I didn't receive what I expected. The product description in the Amazon app is for a higher spec handset with a much higher resolution screen. It also states dual SIM but be aware this is nano + eSIM not two physical SIMS. Probably should have done a bit more research on it and checked the model number received (T613K) matched the description before getting an eSIM and swapping everything over from my old handset. On the plus side, Amazon gave me a reasonable partial refund so will stick with what I have got.

I haven't bought one for 20 years and I thought it was about time I bought one I'm really satisfied with what it done

Phone itself seems ok so far, but there is misleading information in description saying it has 8gb ram, but it has only 4gb ram and extra 4gb comes from storage.
