I have been using this for a good bit of time now and it has been standing the test. I have traveled with it, as well as keep it attached to my normal dryer. It would be easy to just travel with if you weren't bringing a whole dryer with you. It fit easily on to my conair hair dryer. It makes my curls look absolutely beautiful when I dry with it.

I have long, very fine, curly hair. When it’s wet, my hair reaches below my bra, when it’s dry, it touches my shoulders. I was looking for a second diffuser to travel with and as a back-up. It fits my old Revlon hair dryer perfectly and I tried it on several others including hotel dryers. I really like the size and depth of the bowl. It’s wide enough to hold all my ends in a variety of ways as I use it. Where my dryer fits it’s far enough away to diffuse properly without blowing my hair around causing frizz. The tines are hollow so they help give extra air to my roots without messing with the ends. I am very pleased and would definitely recommend this diffuser!

I don't use a blow dryer on my hair in the summer, but it's too cold in the winter to walk out with wet hair. This works really well to dry my roots without frizzing up the ends. It was larger than expected- it's bigger in diameter than my hand. The box says it can be compacted for travel, but there are no directions and i don't want to break it trying. Not a big deal to me either way. It does loosen up a little while using, but I don't use it more than a couple of minutes so it doesn't effect me too much. Maybe my blow dryer has some product on it which is causing it to slide, I should probably clean it either way. Overall, I'm glad I finally got this. Thank you!

I’ve been using this every time I’ve washed my curly hair since I bought it and the results are so much better than I ever got just scrunching my hair. It is adjustable so can likely fit most hair driers. After blow drying with this, my hair has volume and definition!

This diffuser is extremely huge, I wish they had included some measurements in the description photos so I could know before hand, don’t see how it’s really fit for travel 🤷🏾‍♀️ it does work fine though but the size really threw me off.

The diffuser attachment was a bit bigger than I expected. It still works but it's like putting a satellite dish on your head. Kind of big. Fits on any blow dryer very well.

The diameter of my Revlon hair dryer's shiny plastic nozzle is 2"/5cm across. There is a slight slope to it. Before I put this diffuser on the end, I washed both the silicone pads on the inside of the diffuser, and the end of the hair dryer nozzle. When they were dry, I turned the external ring on the diffuser to open the grips, and placed the nozzle inside. The diffuser grips well. It doesn't slip off, although it does wobble a tiny bit, back and forth because of the slope of the nozzle. I don't know how well it'd grip on matte plastic. There is a little button on the ring of the diffuser, that doesn't have any discernible purpose. It doesn't hold the grips open while you're removing the diffuser, which I'd assume would be its purpose; it doesn't do anything although it does move up and down VERY slightly when you twist the ring. But it's not important. The ring opens and closes the grip, which is all you need. I chose this diffuser over others because of the pattern and size of the holes. I think it gives a softer, more diffused air flow, which is the whole point of a diffuser. The "fingers" coming from the top are a good length to protect the integrity of curls you are trying to form. It is a good diffuser. I'm happy with it.

It’s sturdy and it does its job. The universal attachment it’s not easy to maneuver with 2 hands, so I’ll give it only 4 stars. It might be susceptible to break if not handled correctly.
