I have purchased from them in the past and their customer service is amazing. My son accidentally broke a piece on a mechanical hand toy, and he wrote them an email and they sent him a new piece. Even at full price of 39$, this toy is 100% worth it.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Initial setup will take time

This is very cool and very fun. Getting it put together the first time is rather complicated and requires side cutters (wire cutters) to remove the pieces from the moldings. The instructions are fairly simple but not as good as Lego’s. We have a very bright 6 year old but there’s no way he would be able to do the setup. But once it’s together it’s very good. The 9 year old immediately started strategizing and moving pieces around so he could have success. Had to remind them that if they chew all the gumballs there wouldn’t be any left to play the game. Fairly sturdy but needs some adjusting as play goes on.
