I got this medicine at my brother's recommendation (who is a nurse). While the medicine is very strong-tasting and very medicinal (it tastes like strong berry medicine), it is very effective. The liquid medicine in the middle works clearly, clearing your sinuses and soothing a sore throat almost instantly. Best of all, it works for quite some time, leaving my throat feeling so much better for about half an hour. The medicine's longevity and how quickly it works are likely to be the reasons I repurchase it. It is also very easy to pop out of the packet, making it great for my purse.

As a teacher who talks all day long to students, this is a great product to keep your voice from going hoarse. Love that it has a numbing effect to soothe your voice and throat, but it’s not really medicine. I don’t have any brain fog or medicine head using this at work. Love the flavors too.

Works like they should, sore throat only lasted a day and half and I believe it was because I would have a throat drop as needed until it cleared up. Nice taste for a medicine. Great value and easy to use, just pop one in your mouth and let it do its job.
