Reduces sound
Love these for when I am in tight areas with a lot.of people and noise is very high. Helps with my anxiety

Decent but not great
I don’t like how the earplugs regularly detach from the cord. I finally taped them onto the cord so that I wouldn’t keep losing them. The sizing is strange, it is hard to find a size that fits snuggly, but doesn’t slide out from the pressure. The different modes are OK, but I don’t think they work as well as individual types of earplugs would work. I’m glad to have them, but I think they could be designed better given the price.

I do enjoy this product, the fit is really good. I kind of wish it had more dB noise reduction for the price. I also found that I never use the link. It works, but I feel like I might have been better going with something else and I should definitely not have gotten the link.
