Trying it out again cause I've used it in the past and it worked though it was a different brand. This is my second week in with this, doesn't make me pooh, only pee. Not seen any visible changes yet, but still on the look out. Hopefully it works!

Works!
These seeds work for weight loss. Take them at bedtime and swallow them. Do not try to chew them they have a horrible taste if you try to. Trust the process, you will lose inches before pounds by 3 months you will be very happy. Make sure you can get to the bathroom because everything will come out by day 2/3.
