This phone is just great and does a fantastic job!!! I had challenges with its delivery 3 times before I actually I got the phone. But now that my Mum is using it, it’s fantastic and she is very happy!

Amazing value :-D Phone is beautifully packaged. Note that the SIM key is actually inserted into one of the paper folds. The set-up routine (on my version) isn't perfect. I had to do two factory resets before I worked out that "skipping" the face and fingerprint part results in "files missing". I accepted the options but didn't set anything and it was happy. A couple of things to note: the screen size is measured vertically, not diagonally - so it's a bit bigger than I expected; it does not come with a protective wrap-around - I bought a Natbok (ASIN: B0CVWQVKTH), which is a perfect fit. Even given this there is no way this gets fewer than five stars!

If you want a good value back up phone, able to play music and videos for long periods, then this phone is for you. There are cheaper renewed phones available, but the batteries will not last as long.

I am a Samsung S series user and usually upgrade every 2 years. There is also the latest iphone user in the household, yet I gave this phone 5 stars. I paid £49.99 for the phone from Amazon directly, which is for someone overseas to make calls and send messages. I have been testing it out for the past few weeks and I found no faults with it. It takes fairly decent pictures. I used it outside in the bright sun light and I had no problem (dark screen). You can make and receive calls and messages, listen to music, use the internet and use the email facilities. All for £80 and less as it is well reduced across the UK at present time. I have read thepositve reviews at Argos and Amazon before my purchase. I guess the people who are happy are those who wanted it for basic needs. This phone is ideal for an elderly person or person who doesn't like technological. You just need to uninstall or disable some of the redundant apps. I left the ones with warnings saying that they could cause trouble. You also need a decent case. I bought one with a cover for the lens and tempered glass screen protector was included, all for £3.88.

Battery is crap on it always flat even when he dont use it he says the speed is slow also the memory isn't good either size is good day to use when you can use it daily for his games daily so it is easy to use for him. It connectivity is brilliant aswell to WiFi

For the price I can't fault this phone. It works really well. Bright clear screen has all the apps I use and quick to install. The battery lasts for ages which is great. Calls are clear. I was very surprised and not expecting it to work so well I've always had top of the range Samsung phones and this works just as well. The only down fall is the camera quality, u can't film in dim light they just come out grainy. Zooming in massively reduced the picture quality as well.
