Comfortable Support That Actually Helped My Foot Pain
Iโve been wearing these Superfeet insoles for about two weeks now, and Iโm very impressed. I was dealing with pain in the ball of my foot (the pad underneath my foot), especially after being on my feet for long periods. Since using these insoles, the discomfort has improved significantly. They were easy to fit into my shoes, feel supportive without being too rigid, and are comfortable enough for all-day wear. Theyโre definitely not the cheapest insoles out there, but in my opinion, theyโre worth every penny if youโre looking for quality support and relief from foot pain. Iโm so happy with the results that Iโm already planning to pick up another pair during Prime Day. If youโre on the fence because of the price, Iโd say give them a tryโtheyโve made a noticeable difference for me.

Actual support! No more melting jelly arches!
Absolutely phenominal in just the first week! They're so good that even though they were too high for the initial shoes I ordered them for, I went and found something else to stick them in. Arch support really is firm and supported by a hard piece of plastic unlike Dr. Scholl's products that will always melt or warp after a few weeks in the southern summers. My heel feels stable and kept in place, and the arch size on the blue ones is absolutely perfect. It fits like a literal glove or puzzle piece for me! The lack of sticky gel or adhesive on the bottom also makes this a dream so easy to be able to slide in and out between different pairs of shoes without ruining their insides.

Perfect fit!
I recently purchased a pair of shoe insoles, and I must say, they have exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I slipped them into my shoes, I noticed an immediate difference in comfort. The cushioning is superb, providing a soft yet supportive feel that makes walking or standing for long periods much more enjoyable. In terms of pain relief, these insoles have been a game-changer. I often experience foot and lower back pain after a long day on my feet, but since using these insoles, the discomfort has significantly diminished. They offer excellent arch support, which has helped alleviate the pressure on my feet and joints. The fit is another aspect where these insoles shine. They are designed to fit snugly into a variety of shoe types without any awkward bulging or slipping. I appreciate that they come in different sizes, ensuring a perfect fit for my shoes. Overall, these insoles have greatly improved my daily comfort and reduced my foot pain. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable solution to enhance their footwear experience.

Nice insoles - but order multiple sizes!
I just bought new hiking boots, and though they fit well, there was a hot spot in the heel area of the right foot that was giving me blisters. So, I figured I'd try some Superfeet, because they supposedly lock down your heel, and I have heard lots of glowing reviews (friends and online reviews). I first ordered these blue insoles, as well as the black and green insoles, in the "E" size, because I wear a size 10.5/11 shoe. None of them were very comfortable, so I returned them all, wondering what all the fuss was about. After taking another hike - and getting another blister in the right heel - I figured I'd try one more time. I ordered these blue ones in the "F" size - even though it was bigger than my shoe size - and immediately after placing them on the floor and stepping on them, I could tell they fit me perfectly. Turns out, the arch and the heel cup of the "E" size had been too small. So, if you're ordering these, ORDER MULTIPLE SIZES AT ONCE - especially since returns are free. The size of your ARCH is more important than the size of your shoe/foot. The arch of the support should feel like it's cradling the entire arch of your foot. As far as which color to buy, I like the blue because they seem like a good balance of support and lower volume. I think the green would be too much for my well-fitted hiking boots, and the black doesn't seem to offer as much support under the heel. Update: I finally got a chance to use these on a short but steep hike (4 miles) and they did GREAT. I'm finally a believer, now. They totally solved the blister problem I was having, kept my feet stable and "locked into place," and were very comfortable. Plus, I swear my feet/knees/legs feel less fatigued than they did before these insoles. I'm looking forward to using them in my snowboard boots this winter. Try them out, it might be a great help.

Massive difference on long hikes. Feet are the least of my pain problems
First, the bad. I wear a size 12us men's Asolo (which seems to run true to size) and these fit PERFECT. But that's bad if you have a size 13us men's. They also seem to curve more sharply inward than the stock asolo insoles. Basically, I slid them in, and no cutting needed. So if you are over a 12, maybe order a size up, not sure how the feel would fit then though. The good, or great I should say. These came recommended from a very experienced hiker friend who commonly does 15+ mile treks around New England. He actually suggested the Blues over the Greens to me as they are softer, and for anything around 10 miles, they are probably more comfortable. So far i've used them once to summit Mt. Washington up some very steep, bouldery trails, and what a missive difference they made! Heel Comfort: Is perfect. You don't notice it, it's not pillow-y, but you notice it after 5 miles (or 5+ hours under your feet). After summiting, I noticed I wasn't getting the slightest hint of heel compression or pain. Which usually there's a bit. But these really shined on the way down. Im about 200lbs with a 40lbs pack, and at times, a 40lbs dog in my arms. Descending large sharp boulders, one foot at a time, commonly on the heel, perfect for a shin splint. But after 9 miles and a 10+ hour day, my heels and shins were FINE. I was shocked the next day when I noticed that the knee pain, and other leg related soreness seemed to subside much quicker. The Toes: Now the Asolo Fugitive GTX for both me, this hiker friend, gets a hot spot/ blister point under the big toe. I think it's because it has a large toe box (good for warm socks, bad for the piggies), and I was hoping that maybe these would solve this problem. Hiker friend suggested greens when i specifically asked about correcting this. The did not solve this problem. However; they did make it better. I noticed that it was definitely different, and seemed easier to push past the burn. As well the next day it wasn't as bad, nor was there ever a physical blister bubble. Likely I will end up taping my toes in the future. The Arch: The arch is pretty high in these, which I need. I'd like them higher, but I didn't have any flat footing or arch strain/ cramping. No insole, out of the box, is EVER going to be perfect for everyone, or solve every piece of footwear's issues. But I am seriously impressed with these. Honestly probably going to replace every damn insole I have with some Superfeet product.

Great for plantar fasciitis!
I suffer from plantar fasciitis & tried to use the cheap insoles with arch support from store. My pain persisted which led me to purchase these arch support insoles. From day one of using these I have not suffered any plantar fasciitis pain. I highly recommend them.

Amazing; Felt a difference immediately in the first few minutes; HIGHLY RECOMMEND
These insoles are wonderful! I stand on my feet all day at work in only business casual shoes (meaning I wear flats with no support). Superfeet recommend using them for only an hour a two the first week or so to get used of the support. I put them in my tennis shoes that I wear when I take the dog out for our daily walks and I immediately felt a difference. They fit perfectly in my tennis shoes, but they were a little small for my flats, but I prefer them in my sneaks. I'll go to work for my 6-8 hour shift using my crummy flats, leaving me with sore feet, aching legs, stiff hips and back pain, then come home and take my 30-45 minute walk up and down hills, and all of my aches and pains are gone. When I first opened the package, I felt betrayed. They were super thin and super hard. I was hoping for something thick and soft, but I still tried them and I would buy more if I could. The heel part has a hard plastic arch support, whereas some of the other more popular brand insoles (won't mention the name) has a soft plastic arch support that collapses within a week. I've used these for about 2 years before doing the research for better insoles. The hard plastic of Superfeet keeps it's shape, it doesn't collapse, especially since it has a bit of support beams on the very bottom to help keep it in the shape. Regarding the hardness as far as comfort on the heels, I thought it was going to be uncomfortable, but really, it feels good. Your feet are not on the hard plastic directly, there is a thin foam lining, making the insoles not hard or soft, and your feet don't sink in like they do with the soft gel cushions. I feel that the soft gel cushioning on arch supports is meant to trick the consumer into thinking that is what will make their feet feel better. I've thought the same and believed it for 2 years, and now I know, that the soft gel is there to also cover up the fact that their arch support is going to give out in a matter of days or weeks

Great insoles but terrible delivery
The arch supports are fine. I love this brand and would encourage people to order them, however, I am not sure I will order them through Amazon again. The website help said the package was delivered in my mail box and they couldnโt do anything for 48 hours. I checked my mailbox multiple times that day and it was not there. I found it soaking wet in a puddle under a car 2 days later. They said it was delivered by usps.

Great in my running shoes.
I bought these insoles for my running shoes as I tend to overpronate and even with shoes fitted by a specialist running store I've experienced shin pain. I wear a size 6 running shoe but a size 5 in normal shoes so I purchased the size 5 insoles and these fit my running shoes perfectly. They are thin enough to replace the shoe's insole and don't encroach on space in the forefoot area. Really comfortable and my feet feel supported in the right places. They don't squeak either which was a problem I had with my custom orthotic supports (now discarded). Since running with these insoles I haven't had any return of my shin pain so I'm really pleased with them. I am due a review by my orthotist so I will be interested to hear his assessment!

Great value foot saver
I walked the full Larapinta trail (over 230km including side trips) with these and didnโt get a single blister. Highly recommended.

For me they are awesome
Have pain in my heels if standing or walking too long, was at a sport store and the young guy there took a look at my bare foot and recommended these arch supports, told me I was almost flat footed and handed me the blue ones. That was a little over a year ago now, three pairs later and I'm a very firm believer in them. Got a pair of good brand name hiking boots just recently, tried them with and without these and have to say they do make quite a bit of difference in easing heel pain and being able to stand longer, walk further. You need to know which colour/fit to get in order to see any improvement. ...They are quality supports and have fit my Skechers work shoes, Converse and Asics sneakers and now my Eddie Bauer hiking boots, with the Converse being the only pair to have the original insoles and Superfeet combined, simply because the original ones couldn't be removed. In that case it leaves less room in the toe area but they are still bearable. Superfeet seem to be made to last, are constructed of a hard plastic heel/arch base covered with a thin but dense/sturdy foam layer. If you're looking for soft memory foam type thing these aren't it but if you're looking for a fix for tired aching feet and need arch support then these are the cat's a$$. I would not be without them now.
