Very impressed with this!! My cat peed on my carpet and although I cleaned it straight away, the smell got progressively worse day by day. I bought this on next day delivery as I couldn’t breathe at home. It was easy to assemble and it cleaned my carpet nicely, it was so satisfying seeing the dirty water storage part, the little handheld suction also works perfectly, you see the water and soap being sucked up and it’s honestly so satisfying! Really good product guys, I 1000% recommend this, only downside is you have to buy your own soap but I couldn’t fault it honestly!

Cleaning of rollers! Revised today, after 18 months of owning machine. To replace my old machine (the type with the eyes) which I was forever wrestling the hose and cables when I used it. Although my lounge carpet had been been cleaned a few months earlier with my old machine, I was keen to try this new one. I like the idea of a 'minimal' instruction manual. Perhaps a little too scant of info with this one. Anyway, with a little trial and error, I was away. Powerful motor sounds a bit like a jet engine taking off and the machine is indeed powerful. A surprising amount of dirt removed from the carpet. My one issue however is that much of where the rollers are became well choked up with fluff meaning this could hinder future cleanings. Nothing in the booklet to advise me on best way to clean this out and a call to the UK company wasn't really helpful and I was told it's a new model and a 'how to' video was to be released soon. REVISION! September 2025 1now about 18 months since buying it. I have used this wee beastie a lot the last couple of days. Still impressed with it. When it became clogged up with the rollers with bits it doesn't suck up the dirty stuff off carpets. WHEN this happens, unplug it, try this. take it outside, preferably raised up on an old chair / bench, etc, remove the dirty water tank and blast with a hosepipe through hole where the dirty water enters this tank, and this should clear it all out. May have to lay machine on back to hose out stubborn bits of the clear plastic section from underneath. I have found the extension hose easy to fit and works well. . So far, excellent value.

Now this little devil is a very good product easy use light weight and compact over the moon would have absolutely no problem recommending this great machine

Best carpet cleaner I have ever had. Used VAX in the past But I was never satisfied as with this one. I have one dog and three cats and light grey carpets and I have to use carpet cleaner on weekly basis, especially during winter. My biggest problem was always not being able to properly take out the fur from the brushes and eventually every single carpet cleaner was smelly. What I also love about this one is that is grabs up the fur and hair from the carpet and then the rotating brushes clean themselves and spit out the fur so it’s easy just to pick it up As you clean .Also, any fur or hair left in the brushes when you finish it’s easily rinsed by water or taken out by hand. only thing to consider, but it makes absolutely no difference whatsoever is that this is not a big carpet cleaner therefore you have to make a few trips to fill up the water tank .Wish I would have discovered this cleaner years ago! It works well the only problem is the brush heads are to soft in my view as i have only Rugs in my house and not carpets, it does not get into the pile of rug, not tried it on the sofa yet.

I love it. Not heavy just bulky but not harder to get up stairs than a Henry...and in my opinion they're hard with their 25foot mind of its own hose. I borrowed my friend's of a different brand after a tomato sauce incident. Hers, a more well known brand, didn't actually get the tomato sauce out This cleaner got all the sauce out (and there was ALOT). It's quite noisy but I put that down to how powerful it actually is. Great suction and you can see the manky water being sucked up as you roll over it so can tell when it's got it all. Carpet practically dry after a good going over, no other work needed. Small work/upholstery attachment is handy. I've had no use for it yet but I've tried it, as you do, and all works brilliantly. I use any type of carpet cleaner with it. Happy customer

This is our third carpet cleaner (yes, we have a dog), and this is the best one yet! Previously had cleaners from a more well known brand and have been disappointed with quality. This cleaner is a little worker. A really powerful motor and strong brushes pull so much dirt out of the carpet and restores the pile. Easy to handle with some good features to make life easier. Haven't tried out the upholstery accessory yet, but it looks robust and easy to use. This is a very good quality and easy to use cleaner at a good price. Would recommend.
