Seems to be having some positive effects. Taste is decent but not the best. Definitely better than beet juice though!

These gummies taste great and have a smooth, chewy texture without being sticky. The flavor is mild and enjoyable, making them easy to take daily. They also arrived in great condition, with no clumping or melting, likely due to the cooler winter temperatures. I haven’t taken them long enough to comment on their effectiveness, but the ingredients seem promising for supporting circulation and overall health. I’ll update my review if I notice any benefits. So far, they’re a convenient and tasty option for a supplement!

The taste and texture are fine, nothing bad there. The issue if that they tend to stick to themselves in the bottle, even in normal, dry conditions. Unlike other gummies they do not have a powdery coating to prevent them from sticking, causing them to form one giant blob that is very difficult to get out of the bottle. So more often than not, you will have to dig them out of the bottle with a fork or knife. If you transfer these to a different container, that should solve the issue. Very annoying.

Nice soft gummies. Bought this because I read that it might help with IC symptoms. It is also cost effective. The only downside is that it could take a few months to start working but worth the try.
