These Crisp Power Protein Pretzels totally exceeded my expectations. I was looking for a high-protein, low-carb snack that wasn’t another chalky bar or shake, and these hit the spot perfectly. They’re crunchy, lightly salted, and taste like real pretzels, not a “protein” imitation. I'm typically not a person that likes sweet, so I really needed something to satisfy my chip and pretzel craving. Each serving packs 28g of plant-based protein, which is amazing for a vegan snack. They’re also keto-friendly, gluten-free, and low in sugar, which makes them a guilt-free option for anyone trying to eat clean or build muscle. I love grabbing a handful when I need something savory and satisfying between meals, they actually keep me full for hours. I typically have a few at work to help me survive until lunch time, and that's really convenient for me. The texture is crisp (true to the name) with just the right amount of salt. You can eat them straight from the bag or pair them with hummus, nut butter, or even crumble them on a salad for extra crunch. They aren't very thick, I would say they are closer to eating pretzel-things than a typical pretzel. If you’re tired of sweet protein snacks and want something savory that still supports your goals, these pretzels are a total win. Great flavor, great macros, and great crunch. I've already re-ordered several times and purchased the variety packs as well.

I had high hopes for these Crisp Power Protein Pretzels, but they turned out to be one of the most disappointing snacks I’ve ever ordered on Amazon. The the flavor is off with a faint hint of salt with no real pretzel taste. It leaves a bad aftertaste in your mouth too. Instead of being a satisfying crunchy snack, they feel more like stale cardboard. For something marketed as a “high protein vegan keto snack,” I expected at least a decent balance of taste and texture. The portion sizes are tiny for the price, and the six-pack feels like a waste of money. The packaging makes them look appealing, but the actual product inside is far from enjoyable. I couldn’t even finish one bag, and the rest are sitting untouched because no one in my household wants them. If you’re looking for a protein-packed snack, I’d strongly recommend skipping these and finding something that doesn’t sacrifice flavor and quality for marketing buzzwords. One star is generous.

I started eating keto about 1 year ago And tried many low carb snacks. By far these protein pretzels are the best. Really good flavor and normal mouth feel. This is why I have bought them many times. Sometime I put them on salads for crunch. Highly recommend

I’ve had bariatric surgery so I’m always looking for new protein rich snacks that aren’t loaded with carbs. The macros of these pretzels meet my needs. Taste - They don’t taste bad but they don’t taste like pretzels. I just got the salted ones. Maybe if they were saltier they would have more of a pretzel taste, but if you’re looking for something that tastes just like a pretzel these aren’t it. The wheat really shines through and the flavor reminds me of whole wheat toast. Texture - The texture is unlike anything I’ve had before. They are crunchy which is great because most protein snacks that I can have are soft and I’ve been craving something crunchy. I can’t find a protein chip that I like so I was excited to find these. They have a great crunch but they’re not as firm as a normal crunchy pretzel. They’re a little grainy and remind me of the texture of Biscoff cookies. It’s not off putting it’s just not what I expected. Overall, I give these a 3.5 out of 5. While you won’t see me just snacking on a bag of these by themselves because the taste is so so by itself, they’re really good dipped in hummus. Also, even though it’s still only an ounce, I feel like I’m getting a lot more of these than pita or flatbread crackers because these are smaller and lighter so visually you feel like you’re eating a lot. Plus you’re getting about 16 grams of protein in a one ounce portion so they’re a lot more satisfying than just having one ounce of pita or flatbread crackers with your hummus. I would buy again.

Love these pretzels!! I have always loved a salty crunchy snack but they are usually high in carbs. Not only are these low in carbs but they have protein too! Great taste!! :)

These things don't really taste like a pretzel and they aren't all that palatable. They are closer to a kind of almost stale, dry cracker. If you're imagining a crunchy, salty mini pretzel kind of texture to this product, you'll be sadly mistaken.

I love the crisp, but the flavor profile is too close to a burn bread taste. Also, some of them are almost charcoal look while other rings vary from a deep brown to a black orange. I wasn’t sure if my batch was meant to be like that so I kept the packs , but I will not be purchasing this product again. So sad we are a pretzel living family !
