I didn't put any extra pressure on the zipper during installation. Doesn't work if there isn't a good seal.Just a poor quality product. Big waste of money. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Inexpensive way to add insulation to an attic door. *by W***G on Reviewed in the United States on January 25, 2020* Installed this because there was a several degree differential between my attic door and the area around it. It was possible to feel some air flow as well.I made sure that this fit the opening, put a few staples to hold it, shut the door and made sure the ladder still fit, stapled the rest, and then sealed the edges with metallic duct tape. Now I don’t see a difference at all in temperature.For the sub-$30 price range, I don’t think you can do better.
