Great quality. Comes with 2 cable management rails
Great quality. Comes with 2 cable management rails, enough zip ties for all 48 cables, and 48 keystone jacks with the retainers. Really nothing more you could ask for, especially for the price. The ONLY gripe I have (which is super nit picky) is that the ports are labeled 1-24 across the first row and 25-48 across the bottom. You can easily pop out the plastic over the labels and flip the labels around and write in your own, or just remove the strip, however, I have never saw a switch that numbers its ports from left to right. How would you patch port 24 all the way at the far right of the patch panel to port 24 dead center of a 48 port switch? Seems like an odd choice or perhaps an after -thought, either way, is completely a cosmetic annoyance which is easily remedied. The panel itself I could not be happier with.

Nice design for tight places or when you have no access to the back of the patch panel.
I ordered the 48 port 6A version and it had the toolless punchdowns as described. I was able to get all 48 punched down with 8/8 wires terminating properly the first try. I was using cat5e which is thinner gauge, so it is compatible. From the design I would almost think you could punch down stranded cable with this product too, which would be precarious at best with normal punchdowns. The best feature of this product and why I bought it is the removable locking keystone jacks. I have my network gear in a tiny linen closet with no access behind the rack. I just did each keystone 1 by 1 and sharpied the number on them. Once I was done I just popped them all in the plate. No worries about the wires popping out and no awkward position trying to punch down straight to the plate like you have to do on normal patch panels.

Loved the easy of connections
I loved the easy of connections with the Toolless keystone jacks. Now to be honest, you still need a strong scissor, wire cutter or razor blade, and a flat screwdriver (or other strong flat tool). I still needed a tool to strip the outer sheath of my shielded Cat 6A cables. The pros: 1. I didn't need a tool to connect, but just a strong scissor or wire cutter 2. I didn't have to strip the tiny colored wires 3. It fit my rack perfectly. 4. It comes with cable holders 5. It comes with cable ties 6. It is marked 1-48 (whereas two 24 give you 1-24 twice) 7. The keystones were pre-color coated so you didn't have to guess where to put the wires The cons were these: (And none were serious cons) 1. The lack of instructions in the box, but they were online so not really a bad con. I printed them easily. 2. A lack of clarity on which color scheme is crossover and which is straight-thru. Obviously, I looked it up online, too. 3. The rack mount screws were useless as I have square holes that require a nut with a clip. This did not have a nut with a clip, so I had to purchase screws with a clip-on nut anyway. 4. I couldn't get the keystone jacks out without a tool. My finger strong enough. I had a guy with really strong hands try, he couldn't either. One jack broke the piece of plastic holding it, so now it is sitting in place, but a little loose. Honestly, I was rough with it. A flat screwdriver takes the Keystones out easy. So again, another tool I needed. 5. Not fully tool-less. I still needed wire cutters or razor blade to strip the wires. I needed a flat screwdriver to remove the keystone jacks. And strong scissors or wire cutters to cut the colored wires after hand placing them.

Looks like a good product - shipped with damage
I ordered this patch panel and it arrived in a reasonable time - WITH DAMAGE! The shipping box was intact and in great condition (kudos to the USPS). I returned the product and received the replacement in a reasonable time - WITH DAMAGE! Again, the shipping box was in great condition. The patch panel appears to be of good quality and a good value for the money, but it is just plain wrong to ship products with visible damage out the door. Good way to turn off customers and damage reputation for what is probably a good product.

Works great, installed fine
Took a few minutes of analyzing the parts to realize how it operated. Once we got the hang of it a two man team got this patch installed a few minutes faster than a traditional patch. The cables are really secure, and the rear routing plates makes clean installations easy. I'd buy this again for sure when doing Cat5e projects, a few cables we ran were Cat6 Shielded, and were a bit more of a hassle to patch down, but still went in fine.

My Home Network Server Rack Project
Package arrived quickly with no issues. I started to check everything out to make sure all was there. However, after opening the package, i noticed that the patch panel was there but was missing the clear caps that make the panel tool-less. So as of this moment, i cant proceed until i can find the caps and order them i guess. Other than that, all is good.

Good quality and support
I purchased this unit because i wired my house using CAT6A. The keystones are of high quality and truly tool-less. The only challenge were the instructions. There were none in the box and had to contact support to figure out how to pop the keystones and get the wire mapping. Withing 24 hours, i received instructions alongside photos making the installation easy. Beware though, once you commit to clamping the keystone, there is no turning back, so triple check your wires!

AMAZING VALUE
This patch panel comes with 48 keystone CAT6 terminations, which if you bought individually you'd be spending more than just purchasing this panel! Best of both worlds for people conflicted with ordering a permanent or keystone CAT6 Panel. KEYSTONES ARE REMOVABLE, this was a big feature for me. Makes connecting your CAT6 connections so much easier, and lets you add other connections through the ports if you wanted for an Audio setup for example. This is amazing value for a small business or home network.

This patch panel is made from strong metal and the keystone jacks are tool-less. You can open them with your fingers, slide the cat6 wires into the comb then push it all together and it crimps itself. It's really cool and quick to set up.
