Quality product
Love the pitcher is glass instead of plastic. Much more sturdy than last one I had. I also like the option of determining the strength of the tea. We like it strong so this works well instead of using too many tea bags.

No issues with the Glass Pitcher. Totally pleased with this product
I was hesitant to purchase this product due to the reviews that said the glass pitcher was easily broken and made of thin glass. I have not had that experience with this product. Yes, it is glass, so it requires more careful handling than a plastic pitcher. I purchased two additional pitchers, so I can brew tea while some tea is still in the other pitcher. I think this product works great and I'm totally pleased.I have used the Mr. Coffee Iced Tea Maker for years, and the brewing part still works, but those pitchers crack over time, and I could no longer find replacement pitchers, thus my purchase of this product.I also like that the pitcher sits on the base of the brewing unit rather than directly on the counter.If you're on the fence about purchasing this, I would say "Go for it." I am glad that I took the plunge. I use this item every day.

Not worth replacing the carafe costs more than the whole unit cost me to begin with.
It's a very second month.The carafe cracked and broke.I didn't even know it was cracked.Be careful of quartz counter tops.. And now because of a certain person's tariffs, it's three times the price.Just for the caraf
