This is coming from someone who starts their day (after brushing teeth of course) with a couple squares of high quality dark (~70% cacao) chocolate. This doesn't quite have the cacao content I typically look for but the flavor and consistency is really amazing. You can taste the higher fat content (smooth and rich consistency). This is not a bar to binge on but absolutely one to savor.
