Like the easy utility of this stool so much that I bought another one. Pros: lightweight, closed position is pretty flat and easy to squiggle unobtrusively into other camping or picnic gear, easy to carry with shoulder or short strap, very sturdy to sit on, doubles as a little side table on the porch or camping. Con: User needs some good hand strength to pop it in and out - can be quite difficult for me to push down to flattest storage position. I'm speaking as a small woman with small, but strong hands used to hard work. I recommend this for it's lightweight portability and sturdiness. Great for garden work, extra seating on the porch, camping, parade watching or taking along anywhere where you think a little rest would do you good.

The best seating. Easy to carry around. I use this when my child gets tired when I know there will be no seating at events.

I had originally given this 5 stars, but as it broke within a month, I have downgraded to 4 stars. I bought this to use on my worksites, which are often in remote areas with uneven and often muddy terrain. I needed something lightweight and durable. It is lightweight, easy to use and adjust the height, and the seat was just fine to sit on. If this is for light and occasional use, it is a perfectly fine option and I would recommend it. However, if you are looking for something more durable for consistent use that will hold up in all weather conditions, I go with a different option.

Update to my initial review (11/20/2024) the still i originally purchased broke but I'm reality it may have been my fault for the most part. I did end up purchasing from a different co. on Amazon. THAT stool broke even quicker and it definitely wasn't my fault that time. I was upset because I love the ease of carrying the stool, it's super light, and all of my patients comment favorably on it! The seller messaged me a year after I purchased and left my poor review. They offered to send me a replacement A YEAR AFTER, free of charge! I received the new stool within a week and I'm so happy again I really admire a company that accepts responsibility for fault products and is also willing to send replacements even if it's the customers fault. *Initial review* I bought this stool to use when I do my home health visits. I do alot of wound care and want to save my back. The stool is great and I love it but unfortunately it has broken too soon. I was sitting on it and it randomly started collapsing one or two notches. This caused several of the plastic pegs to break off and now it only goes up one level from the floor which is useless for me. I am hoping the seller will do the right thing and preferably send me a replacement.

Works great,durable portable seat and nightstand in a pinch..adjusts well once you get the hang of it. No padding comes with it but they are available for purchase if needed. Great price. Durable.

Very usefull stool solid built ajustable at almost any height and very easy to carry anywhere.

I would not purchase again. I would have given 5 stars if I had reviewed immediately but now I just can’t. This stool is great as I can’t stand for long periods of time. I use it often. I mean it isn’t the most comfortable “sit” but it’s not designed to be for long term sitting, afterall. But - I would not purchase again. Would I recommend? Only if I shared what I think is a big flaw. The lip on the seat that makes a shell to enclose the collapsed stool into —- breaks —— pretty easily. For now, it still feels secure when using but will it continue to do so? Not sure. Two sections have broken off when the stool dropped from the carrier I was using to move it from my car to where I’d be using it. I have to be aware of where the missing sections are as they are hard, sharp areas that can snag your clothes. It is sharp as you handle it as well. Great concept- I just wish the seat had been made of a different material.
