It came on a pallet with a haulier, securely packed and consisting of three pieces.While unpacking and checking the units some imperfections (scratches and traces of red dye) were found on the bowl. However, I decided to keep it as all of these marks are masked by the toilet seat.Assembling the cistern and seat to the bowl is very easy. However, some plumbing is required in case the old water inlet used to be on the right hand side, as this cistern has the inlet on the left.The plastic fixings that come with the toilet to secure the bowl to the floor are not very strong and snap when tightened down. Instead, I used customised pieces of wood, that do a better job.The toilet looks very good, once assembled and the plumbing is done. The water saving is immediately apparent when flushing the toilet for the first time. It uses much less water compared to an old type cistern and features a dual flush facility as well.I have no problem in recommending this toilet to interested buyers, given the fact that this is an excellent offer, indeed. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Redeemed after broken delivery *by A***T on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 April 2013* My delivery came before the date that was set! I had to pay Β£35 for the delivery but the toilet was competetivley priced and i did not mind doing that. The cistern was broken when I opened it. I must say that the item was not packaged well there was no foam or bubble wrap inside the box! It may save money for better bathrooms on replacement products if they invest in this. Non the less I have given my overall service 5 stars because I called up customer service and told them of my problem they where helpful and friendly and suggested that they would re-order and I just received a delivery of the broken part (next day). I am very impressed with that!! On a better note.... my compact toilet looks great and I cannot wait to see it fitted in my small cloak room this product is just the right size, I did do my research and better bathroom had the smallest width and projection for a compact toilet. The installation is a bit tricky as with any close to the wall toilet. I felt the waste pipe should be a little longer because getting your hands round the back to fit the soil pipe is difficult. The floor fixings are a nuisance because you have to be fairly good with your measurements. The cistern cover is a bit loose and slides backwards and forwards.The worst part were the minute instruction leaflets.
