Lovely chart which started a debate on what they do/don't like

Large and covers the whole door of my fridge (freezer). Brightens the kitchen.

The chart was very basic expected more information

Item is badly printed. Also in a language I am unsure of. Possibly spelling mistakes. Unreadable. Not what it looks like on the page. I would give it a 1star but unfortunately, there's a glitch on the page and only allowing me to do a minimum of 2 star!

It's a good size, it's easy to read and the material is decent quality. There's not really much to say about it other than that. It's a decent price too.

Visually good, does not stick with blue tack, minimal information!

Well put together, easy to read, well described

I have to give this a five out of five it literally helped me realize how I Was deficient in a way that was easy for me to digest. I understand that these are doctors offices and learning aids to be shared with the patient or the client or your student but as someone who is the patient, client, Student this is good for me to have in my house. It’s something that I can look at in reference to help me understand why I might be feeling tired, exhausted my brain might be foggy.. This is a good thing honestly I’m really tired of the gatekeeping of aids like this because this is awesome. I no longer just think I’m just tired. No, I go look and see what I’ve been eating lately where it falls in the food categories and what might be causing my lethargy so I love it.

Ordered this since I'm getting older and well, need to make sure I get my vitamins and minerals, and need to reminder. Looks great, easy to read, large print, and very informative. Very helpful for home or in school classroom.
