I was very pleased with this, it cut my appetite, food, carb and sweet cravings. I lost over 10 pound then it started just maintaining with no further weight loss. Updated 2 years later....all the good results ended, no appetite suppressant, weight gain. Off it for a year, starting over, trying again.

Again received my subscribed and save delivery of this product and the Capsules were only 1/2 to 3/4 full. This is the second time in the last few months this has happened. I like the product but the high price of it with poor quality control has me thinking about alternative products.

1 bottle used. So far, no side effects and lost 5 pounds. Crossing my fingers to check my AIC in 2 more months. If I get the results I want, then will give 5 stars. Basically working out or moving daily as usual, the tablet curbs my appetite- I notice I just don't want to eat as much as I used to and focus on healthy choices!

Tried it. Didn’t notice any difference in my food cravings. Did not lose weight. Made me constipated and very bloated. Google searched side effects and found: Akkermansia muciniphila (A. muciniphila) can have negative effects in some cases, including: Intestinal inflammation A. muciniphila can aggravate inflammation and exacerbate symptoms of colitis. It can also damage the gut barrier, which can lead to a "leaky gut". Colorectal cancer A. muciniphila can increase tumor growth and aggravate inflammation that can lead to cancer. However, lower doses of A. muciniphila or its derivatives can have a positive effect on the disease. Osteoporosis Some studies suggest that A. muciniphila can promote osteoporosis by increasing serum parathyroid hormone and serum amyloid A3 levels. Blood pressure A. muciniphila may produce high levels of H2S, which can activate an inflammatory response and elevate blood pressure. Some scientists say that there isn't enough research on the potential side effects of A. muciniphila and that people should be cautious about taking supplements containing it.

I started using this product and the pills started kicking in, my heartburn subsided and has not come back since. I started using this to get my gut health back to normal and I am seeing a definite change in my digestion along with weight loss. The pills are easy to take and I have no adverse reactions. They are pricey but I do find they are worth it as long as I continue to see the results I have been experiencing.

Capsules were half full. Not sure if that is how it’s supposed to be but I never experienced that with any other brands?
