Amazing shower filter head. I did a lot of research and read a ton of reviews and decided on this one. Amazing! We live in Frisco, Texas and have some of the hardest and worst water in the country for being such a high end area of north Dallas. My hair and skin have been a mess since moving to Frisco. My hair dresser recommended getting one of these and I will say it’s been life saving for my hose and skin. My hair is soft, silky and clean feeling after washing it. My skin is calmer, less red and irritated, less breakouts (never or rarely had those until moving here), my skin is softer and cleaner and less irritated, my eyes are less irritated, etc. the shower would literally smell like chemicals and chlorine prior to using this and I live in a multi million dollar home, so the fact that he water here is that bad and damaging to skin, hair, nails and probably our laundry items is scary. This filter is amazing, works perfectly, clean, no more chlorine/chemical smells in my shower, good water pressure-still and easy to install. My husband installed it in 2 mins. My only concern is it doesn’t come in the gold or brushed gold to use in my other bathrooms. They definitely need to make that b/c the gold hardware is super popular now! Highly recommend! Very good shower head! I did a pretty thorough research on filtered shower heads and decided on this one. The water pressure is fantastic and after just a few days, my wife and I can feel and see the difference. The water feels and rinses off like soft water. We have a large shower with a glass wall and door. We always had to use the squeegee after each use because the hard water and soap left a film on it. Now we DO NOT have to use the squeegee. The glass looks great after it dries. So far, it's doing everything they said it would do. Very easy to install, also. Buy one. You won't be sorry.

Install was easy (and it comes with a very nice adjustable wrench, and plumbers tape, which is very nice especially for me here in Albania, where I don't speak the language and I don't want to go search for those), the pressure good, the exterior shiny chrome, and the filter effective: whereas my skin has been dry, now it is plump, and my hair is surprisingly soft. The water seems similar in feel, smell, taste, etc as my house's water back in The States which is filtered by an Aquasana whole house filter.

This product is an absolute game changer! Especially for people who live near water, sometimes the water has a smell, and this filtered it out. It also made our water pressure sooo much better. Didn’t even take 2 minutes to install and looks so sheek!

I recently moved out to the country and quickly realized something was wrong with the water. My hair felt like straw, and shampoo would not lather up no matter how much (quality) shampoo I used. My conditioner would not spread through my hair or get into my ends. When I washed the products out, my hair actually felt grimy. My skin was also dry and itchy. I Googled hard water issues and quickly realized I had to do something about the water. Malibu C Hard Water Shampoo and Conditioner worked from the first time I used it, but my ends still didn't take the conditioner as well as it normally would. I searched Amazon for a hard water filter shower head, and this AMAZING shower head came up. I bought it based on the reviews and tonight my husband installed it and I used it for the first time. It works SO WELL!!! My skin feels clean and not over-dried. My shampoo lathered up perfectly and I only had to use a normal amount. My conditioner spread through my hair and ends and I feel like I had my first REAL shower in 2 weeks! The install was super quick and easy. We wrapped with plumbers tape 5 times like one reviewer said to do. The water pressure is awesome! The spray area is awesome! And I really appreciate the packaging, QUALITY product (heavy, well built, sturdy - not cheap plastic) and most of all, they included the water pressure piece that some states require, but they did not have it IN the shower head. You can do that yourself if you want to or not. I'm thankful for the choice. This shower head is worth EVERY PENNY. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone. I'm so surprised at how much of a difference this made in my water. I will get one for every bathroom in my house. You will not go wrong with this purchase!! I NEVER write reviews and I got out of the shower, dried off, got in bed and wrote my second review EVER. It's that great!

This is my favourite shower head I have ever had. Not only is the pressure amazing, but my hair and skin have definitely noticed a difference. I’ve been using it for about 6 months now and my hair feels so much softer and healthier, my skin is less tight. If I just just pick one thing to suggest I only wish that it could move around to change the water angle but the other benefits outweigh that. If Affina ever makes something like this for my regular taps I will be all over it! :)
