My husband has very bad tinnitus and has not been able to sleep through the night for 5-6 months. Out of desperation I sent for the EGB761. It arrived very quickly and I was impressed with the thoroughness. My husband has been taking 2 tables for 3 weeks and....the ringing would has gotten softer. I gave a months supply to a friend with a similar (but much longer) tinnitus problem. I just ordered enough for 3 months and I will check back to post the effectiveness. We are optimistic and I can say it is definitely worth ordering because it does seem to work....so far
