Easy to use I fee more energetic, have good amount of vitamins, taste like multi vitamin

It is noticeably effective within 30 minutes, i have lethargy and low levels of b12, i purchased this in liquid form to increase absorption and it was a wise effective decision, i take half or a third of the recommended dose which is sufficient (full dose = 20,000% of recommended daily b12 requirements, but note absorption of b12 is approximately 2%, therefore a full dose would equate to 200% of RDA when considering the typical absorption rate). It has a sour orange flavour which is only a mild challenge flavour wise, its not pleasant but there is far worse tasting supplements (such as green powders = like drinking pond water).

These oral drops seem to be helping me sleep easier and feel less achy as well,so I will recommmend that they are worth trying if you have trouble geting to sleep as they have made some improvement for me as a pensioner.The drops are a bit "tangy" and you need to hold under your tongue for at least 10 seconds for the stuff to get in your bloodstream and after that just drink some water .

This product- B12 with B complex arrived next day & in perfect condition. I have a problem absorbing B12 & was having monthly injections privately which helped me a lot. My dad, when alive, had the same problem & had the injections via NHS. Lately I was starting to wilt a week after my injection so decided to try this liquid with a plan to stop the injections altogether if possible. I have tried many different pills & capsules but nothing made any difference. My symptoms were extreme fatigue, feeling low, sleep problems over 40 years, ridges on nails, brown, mottled patches on face & other things which can be attributed to B12 deficiency. I was due to have my injection two weeks ago & was feeling dreadful. I missed it & ordered Solgar liquid B12 & Bs. 7 days ago I started taking this: one dropper in the morning & one mid to late afternoon. I began feeling better after 2 days & will continue with this dose for at least a month so that my liver store of B12 is built up. I may then reduce to one dropperful. One point to mention is that it is a good idea to clean your teeth a few minutes after taking it as it could cause slight teeth staining. I'm so grateful to have found this liquid & so far can definitely recommend it. It has caused almost as effective results as the injections after only a week so I hope now that my pin-cushion & wilting with tiredness days are over! 🤸‍♀️

This is easy to take from the dropper. It tastes pleasant. I take one dose every 12 hours about 7am and 7pm. It does not build up in the system so i try to space it out so there is always plenty of it in my system, or at least i hope there is. My urine is bright yellow which means excess amounts are being excreted. I don't know if i am actually benefiting from this and may take half a dropper twice daily instead. I hoped this would help my nervous system and ease fatigue and so on but i'm not sure if it helps. I feel exhausted when my alarm goes off in the morning and can hardly lift my eyelids. I have been taking this daily apart from 9 days 7 weeks ago and begin my third bottle tomorrow. I hear you need to give B Complex a couple of months to work. I'm going to take this third bottle and see if there is any difference then. If there isn't, i may try a tablet supplement instead. I have noticed one difference in my health over the past 6 weeks and that is more balanced cortisol when feeling stressed. I have also cut out all sweet things from my diet though for almost 4 weeks now to balance my blood sugar so this could be a factor or it could be the Vitamin B or both, i'm not sure. What i can say is, before i began this i was checking into taking home cortisol tests a couple of times a week to make sure my adrenals weren't showing signs of damage as my levels felt so high and the slightest thing would cause it to flood my system. I could get the chemically taste of cortisol in the back of my throat. It was going to work out at almost £70 a week for two tests which was too expensive so i tried this and reducing sugar from my diet instead. I eat no sweet treats now. Normally when something stressful happens i would feel and taste a lot of cortisol released and this would almost in itself stress me but now i am just aware of it like a chemically feel at the back of my throat and it it stops at that and quickly fades. I can't explain this change and it is radical. I would probably only know if i got tested and could see how much of the Vitamin B was in my system and then stop taking it for a month or so and see if i go back to high cortisol states. If there is any change in a month's time after bottle number 3 i will update this.

This is the best tasting one so far I have come across that is actually a clean product I trust. Easy on the stomach, feel the vitamin quality, good value for your money and I do stand by it.

I've been using this for around 2 years now and I love it. The taste isn't as strong as I thought it would. It does have a slight medicine taste, but that is to be expected. My energy level has been improved as well. I didn't realize when I bought it that it has biotin in it as well, which made my hair grow rapidly, which is a bonus to the other benefits of the drops. My hair went from being just below shoulder length to all the way down to the small of my back in less than a year - and my hair has always been slow growing. It does not bother my stomach at all as well. Good value for the money. Everything you need out of a B complex.

Actualizo: por segunda vez: No hay otra igual en el mercado, con B12 más complejo de B’s y absorción sublingual. Ya no la cambio y el precio Es mejor aquí q en otras pags. He seguido buscando pero siempre repito con esta y aquí en Amazon. La dosis q indican es la correcta. Y es efectiva sin guardar en la nevera tb. Se nota en las analíticas enseguida. Me reafirmo en mi primera impresión y he repetido varías veces. Marca muy buena. Error con la foto, cuando realizas el pedido ya te sale la foto del frasco. Pero viene muy bien protegido. Por otro lado nunca he comprado productos de Solgar con caja ni en farmacias. Es un buen complejo y lo mejor es de absorbencia sublingual. No genera molestia ninguna . El frasco dura un mes y medio aprox tomando dos veces al día. El sabor es como de jarabe, para mi no es desagradable y el tiempo bajo la lengua es muy corto. Relación calidad-precio correcta. Solgar son laboratorios de calidad y veganos. Yo ya voy por el segundo frasco a la espera de analíticas a ver si se nota !!!
