After using for a couple days. I love it. I use peppermint oil. It lights up the room with fragrance. Not to loud. You only hear it for a few seconds depending on the setting if your near. Nice sleek design and not too big.

I ordered this and was skeptical if it would actually leave my room smelling good. I have many dogs so was hoping for the best. I've been pleasantly surprised by how great it works. It has a remote control that allows you to time it and to make the smell stronger. I also have an app on my phone for it. Great diffuser. Well worth the money.

I recieved this, set it all up and the fragrance was wonderful. My favorite waterless oil worked great. But the machine stopped working in less than 12 hours. Won’t turn on, won’t respond to the app or the remote. Very frustrating.

This product works even better than I thought. This makes our home smell fresh and clean. The set up is quick and simple. My husband had just bought the smaller bottles of scents and surprising they last a good while. I would recommend trying the small combo bottles to find your right scent and then buy the big bottle. I highly recommend this product and I am now buying another one to go down stairs.

update: the company reached out to me and sent a replacement. They further made quite clear that they will support their product during the warranty period. if you have gotten involved with one of the subscription aroma companies- ditch them, buy this and enjoy new dimension in home luxury. unlike many other brands this unit connects via bluetooth to their app and then you can regulate how often and for how long the scent is dispersed. I have mine set where it’s low during the day when no one is home, to about an hour before we typically get home and it increases the dispersion of aroma til after we go to bed when I put it back in a conservation mode. not only does our home smell great, we are not burning through aroma oil that we wouldn’t be here to enjoy. btw on saturday and sunday when we are are home more, the unit is programmed to disperse all day. the programable control, app interface, and large aroma resovior are all huge positives. I don’t know why the first unit stopped, but it really doesn’t matter when the company makes goes out of its way to provide customer satisfaction. original review: it worked great, until I realized one day after the return window closed that there was no smell in the house. there is still liquid in the bottle…but no smell in the air! I love the idea of an aroma diffuser, but am super disappointed by the equipment!

***UPDATE*** I ended up needing a replacement. That part was easy! The diffuser itself is fantastic. Everything I said in my previous review still holds. It has a strong scent output, runs quietly, and looks so nice in my room. The remote functions without any issues. However, despite the product description and manual of this one referencing Bluetooth and app control, my unit cannot be paired with the app at all. There is no reset pinhole, and there is no way to put it in pairing mode. After troubleshooting, it appears that some units ship with remote-only firmware, even though the app is advertised. If you are buying this expecting app or WiFi control, be aware that you may not receive a unit that supports it. If you are fine with using the remote only, it performs well. I am keeping it because (I really don't have a desire to go through the return process), but the listing should be clearer about this limitation. I really love this! I’ve had it for a while, and it is wonderful! I have a Frenchie, but no one ever knows he’s in the house because my house never smells like a dog lives here. It is very easy to use, and the app makes adjusting the settings simple. It looks good with my decor and is not intrusive. It has lasted longer than anything else I’ve tried! I highly recommend!

Outstanding for your home

I had an issue with the noise level at first, but the customer service team responded quickly and professionally. They’re already sending me a newer model to test, which I really appreciate. The design is sleek and the scent coverage was excellent—even in large spaces. I’m hopeful the updated version solves the sound issue. Full five stars for their support and how they handled everything. I’ll update again after testing the new unit.
