There's also a somewhat wishy washy claim that this was tested for quality by independent testers, which is like 75% of the way to saying that this was tested for purity by a third party lab. Hard to say if that's what they're saying. Overall, though, it's pretty nice, and if you're looking for a special sort of sweetener to use in limited things, this is certainly an option. Mixes well, at least in things like baked goods.
