First time trying the shampoo/conditioner. I love the scent and makes my hair soft. I also bought the curl cream which helps define my loose curls. I did have a problem with the shampoo pump not coming up at first. Played around with it and it’s all good.

Best hydration ever! The products are thick and not runny at all. They don’t have a sting smell and the conditioner is much better than the expensive brands I have been buying.

I read all the comments about the nozzle not working I still got it and yeah it’s true… lol I also didn’t realize how small it is tbh. The smell is like heaven in a bottle tho I’m being so fr it smells amazing I can’t even explain it. 🤣 so despite all that I’m excited to try.

The pump did not open at first - got it to open by taking the pump out of the bottle gripping the thick part of the stem (with a tissue) and THEN twisting the top of the pump counter clockwise. Otherwise, bought this after using it at someone else's house. Great for daily washes of fine hair.

You don’t have to use a ton and it works great. I like fruity or scents and this is not fruity, but it’s not a bad smell either. I do like how well it conditions for sure.

I really wanted to love this shampoo and conditioner, especially since they’re supposed to provide gentle moisture, but unfortunately they just didn’t work well for us. Both my daughter and I noticed that our hair felt very dry after using them. They also don’t have the best scent, which was another downside for us. Overall, they feel more like a basic drugstore shampoo and conditioner rather than something that actually provides the moisture our hair needed. Unfortunately, this just wasn’t a good fit for either of us, and we won’t be purchasing it again.

I have started using this as a nice daily shampoo. It's light and doesn't make my hair feel oily.
