They provide the resistance you need to get your daily exercise in. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Bands don’t hold tightly however …… *by A***R on January 27, 2026* These were bought for my aqua aerobic class- they are a good quality however the bands around them are not ideal as they keep sliding off as they get slack. The waist band dies bit hold tightly as well and floats up to your upper back when it should sit on the waist. I would use regular elastic strips to tie around the ankles and to tighten the belt around the waist.
