I just put it where the picture showed me. The sleeve stays put. I does keep the sensor from in place. it has lasted 3 days now. The tape supplied by Dexcon, is woefully inadequate. i couldn't get 12 hours from the dexcon supplied sensor applicator... Review: Do not buy - though it was advertised as for a large arm it did not fit well on my husband and I'm sure there are many men with bigger arms. After trying to get it to work, he poked a hole in it.
