Ideal for older people who cannot get to grips with an Android or iPhone ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good for hard of hearing *by G***L on 25 April 2025* Nice clear LOUD telephone mum can actually hold a conversation , buttons are spread further apart which is good for older hands,battery life seems average not used any other functions she just needed to make callsSet up & navigation a real faff so many key strokes needed to navigate everythingRing tone cannot be altered no matter what ring tone I set it to it plays the same one annoying but not a real problem think the phone might be faulty in this regard ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very Clear Screen, Simple Menu System *by I***0 on 24 June 2025* Bought for my elderly mum who is in her 90's and has had a similar Doro phone for many years which she was very familiar with and enjoyed using. There was nothing wrong with the old phone but the 2G service is being discontinued and she needed to upgrade so this was the closest replacement I could find.I can see it has a bigger, better screen, simple function buttons, clear simple menu system and is very easy to operate and being just a few mm larger than her old one is just as easy for her to hold but she complains because it is slightly bigger and possibly a couple of grams heavier ! Of course she will get used to it as she uses it more often. I think the bigger size is actually an advantage for her but time will tell.She has already managed to send me a photo of her knees via SMS so she is trying to figure it out !
