Pain Relief Cervical Pillow for Neck Support,Adjustable Ergonomic Pillow

I’ve tried so many pillows for neck pain that I was extremely skeptical about trying another one. I’m so glad I did! Before my husband found this pillow, my neck pain became so severe that I ended up in the hospital and was prescribed three different medications just so I could sleep. This pillow has made such a difference for me. Give it a few nights! It felt awkward at first and took me a little time to figure out the most comfortable position. But every night I slept better, and my neck pain became less and less until eventually I had no pain at all. Now it’s the only pillow I will sleep with. If you’re uncomfortable the first night, don’t give up on it right away. Give your body a few days to adjust. I highly recommend it. After everything I tried, this ended up being one of the best purchases I’ve made for my sleep and neck comfort!

Game changer! I often woke up with headaches and tension in my face, head, and neck. I decided to try this pillow to see if it could change things. The first couple of days it was a little strange to get used to, but I soon realized that it made all the difference in the world. It is comfortable, supportive, and keeps my head and neck aligned appropriately. I don’t wake up with headaches first thing in the morning anymore. It is easy to wash the cover and the pillow is durable. It keeps me cool as well. I am so glad I tried it!

I have had way over 20 back operations and procedures including the fusion of the lower half of my neck. Lately, It appears that the muscle between my thumb and forefinger on my left hand has totally attrophied and the right hand is starting to suffer the same problem. The hand surgeon looked at the EMG test results and said I had severe ulnar nerve tunnel problems in my elbow(s). and needed immediate surgery. BUT, the problem could be with my neck given all the operations I have had on it. So, I ordered this pillow thinking that it would help with the chronic pain and received it a day after my rhizotomy. The pillow is an odd looking duck but it really does its job. The pillow experience of the first time I used it was like the first time I ever got on a memory foam mattress. Just like that soft, comfortable, firm but easy grip. I like it a lot. BUT there are a number of ways to use it so not every way is the best way. You will have to experiment which way to place my head, do I like removing one of the simplemto remove bottom fillers, is my head in the pillow enough or not? Questions with only opinions as answers. I like it as it decreases my chronic pain and is certainly the few bucks it is priced at. What more can I say!

Great for back sleepers! Neck support and comfort when you figure out the correct placement. (I started out too low). I no longer wake with a stiff neck and headache. I also get a nice stretch and support through my upper thoracic spine. Not comfortable for sitting up in bed to read, watch TV, etc. No support in this position. Not recommended for side sleepers. Too thin and squishy to provide needed height/support to compensate for shoulder width. Neck will not be in a neutral position but will fall towards the bed instead. Pain. Boo.

This pillow is amazing! Not only do I NOT wake with pain and headaches, I have been sleeping through the night, and have been able to forgo my CPAP machine! After over 30 YEARS of CPAP, it has been a VERY HUGE BLESSING to NOT have to be tethered by that machine thanks to this pillow!

So far, this pillow has been a lifesaver recommended by my chiropractor. I tend to hold stress in my neck and traps. He told me that squishing my pillow up at night to accommodate holding my neck and head just right only for the pillow to fall flat in my sleep is adding to my tension and sore neck. For the past 4 nights of having the pillow, I've woken up pain free. I don't typically love memory foam because it doesn't usually have a lot of give and that's more uncomfortable to me than a flat pillow. This memory foam is soft and gives a bit. The elevation is just right. For the price I can't imagine a better pillow. If this one gives out, I will buy another. Other reviews said no smell, and I will disagree with that. At first I didn't notice, but it does have a slight chemical smell. Nothing overwhelming though. Give this pillow a try. Not much to lose.

After losing my memory foam cervical pillows during a recent move, I was compelled to purchase new ones. However, the initial purchase proved to be too firm for my comfort. Consequently, I opted for a cervical pillow with an ear indentation, hoping it would alleviate the pain in my ear, particularly when listening to sleep sounds through my earbuds. Unfortunately, the pain persisted, and the side wing-like features intended to provide a more comfortable hand or arm position proved ineffective. Despite these shortcomings, the ear indentation has proven to be a somewhat effective solution. However, the pillow’s overall comfort did not meet my expectations. While it is softer than memory foam, it lacks the characteristic softness of memory foam, which is surprising considering the absence of memory foam in its construction. I have not yet had the opportunity to wash the pillow, so I cannot comment on its durability. In terms of weight, the pillow is significantly lighter than my previous hard memory foam pillow. The product images accurately depict the pillow’s appearance, but the comfort level did not align with my expectations. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing this product again. It is possible that some of my dissatisfaction stems from my initial expectation of a memory foam pillow. Overall, the ear indentation is a functional feature, but its effectiveness is limited when using earbuds. The pillow’s neck shape is comfortable, but it does not provide the same level of support for side or belly sleeping.

I was skeptical as I have tried other pillows and ways to make my sleeping more comfortable. Falling asleep wasn't a problem but, upon waking up, I inevitably had neck and shoulder pain. At times, I would also have a headache. I have used this cervical pillow for a week and have not had any issues with neck pain upon awakening. I was surprised at how comfortable it was, either sleeping on my back or side. I researched quite a few pillows and I'm very glad I chose this one.
