Does this work on regular xbox one consoles (not series x or s)?

Yup! This will work with any consoles in the Xbox One family as well.

Does the old xbox rechargable battery work with the new controllers?

The Xbox play and charge kit batteries will work but the old cable won't because the new controllers use USBC. You can use any good quality USBC cable you might have lying around. If you have batteries that use special battery covers they won't fit. The new battery covers are shaped differently. The bay the battery goes into is the same size but the covers are shaped differently.

Was a genuine Xbox controller and worked fantastic. Great replacement! One thing is that the battery pack back is a little different than previous ones so I had to make sure it was compatible with my charger.

El color está excelente, muy chulo el mando, el único detalle que tuve es que en algún momento se le empezó a pegar un botón, concretamente la “Y” pero le puse alcohol para limpiar los circuitos y listo, no sé muy bien porque pasó eso pero se solucionó y hasta la fecha sigue funcionando excelente
