Headache Specific, but it Works!
I got this item on a whim because I was tired of getting headaches due to stress. I used to get headaches/migraines almost every day, but since I've extraordinarily changed my diet (gluten-free) I'm down to about 1 a week due to stress. I've had the opportunity to use this product a few times since I got it. For tension headaches, it actually works. I was a little hesitant to buy this because I wasn't sure if it would work, but I was pleasantly surprised! Although it works for tension specific headaches, it WON'T work for any other type of headache. Sometimes if I go overboard with sugar, I'll get a headache. This happened once, and although the spray alleviated the pain very slightly, it didn't work as well as it did with a tension headache. So, if you get headaches that are not tension headaches, don't expect this to work! But, I do believe that the company makes some other sprays for other types of headaches. I'd say that it's worth a try. Different remedies affect people different ways, but so far this worked for me!

It works!
This stuff works. Have suffered from Tension Headaches on and off for a couple of decades. It's SO nice to have a natural way to make them go away now! I only use this during the day when I feel I need it, and typically I will use it at night right before bed. No side effects
